  1. Oxygen isolation and anti-oxidation: Isolate air to prevent raw materials, intermediates and finished products from oxidative deterioration, and avoid material discoloration, performance failure and increased side reactions.

    1.Fine Chemicals / Synthetic Reactions
    Nitrogen is continuously introduced throughout organic synthesis, polymerization, hydrogenation and dehydrogenation reactions to create an oxygen-free inert atmosphere, ensuring reaction purity and yield.

    2.Storage Tank Protection

    Nitrogen blanketing is applied to storage tanks of methanol, ethanol, aromatic hydrocarbons, organic solvents and hazardous chemical liquids. Nitrogen filling above the liquid surface isolates air to prevent volatilization, oxidation, combustion and explosion risks.

    3.Purging and Replacement of Pipelines and Equipment

    Nitrogen is used to replace air and flammable gas inside pipelines and reaction kettles before maintenance, feeding and shutdown, enabling safe start-up and shutdown of equipment.

    4.Powder Chemical Industry

    Nitrogen filling is adopted during the transportation, mixing and packaging of chemical powder materials, resins, pigments and pesticide powders to avoid dust oxidation and electrostatic ignition.

    5.Pharmaceutical Chemicals / Intermediates

    Nitrogen atmosphere is applied in the production and storage of highly active pharmaceutical raw materials and biochemical raw materials to guarantee drug efficacy and chemical stability.

    6.Coal Chemical Industry / Petrochemical Industry

    Inert gas protection is provided for cracking, rectification and hydrogenation units, and nitrogen blanketing is used for oil and gas storage and transportation to realize fire and explosion prevention in high-risk working sections.

    7.Electroplating and Chemical Heat Treatment

    Nitrogen serves as protective atmosphere for heat treatment and surface modification of chemical materials.
